I got quotes from three different places and Wall Works had the best price. They were right on time and were done in four hours. I had a half wall opening from my living room into my office and they closed it up nicely. Approximately 10 foot wide by 5 foot tall. I would definitely hire these guys again!

Another great tutorial. You guys really put out some great and helpful posts. I was especially happy to see that you kept the popcorn ceiling! I feel like there is so much pressure to get rid of your popcorn ceiling if you have it, but it is so expensive especially if you have asbestos. It is really such a minor thing I don’t think it should get as much flak as it does. Besides, I am convinced if I wait long enough, the popcorn ceilings will make a comeback;)

If you choose the former option, you’ll have to buy equipment and supplies for your own workers to use—but you’ll retain control over your business. If you choose to use subcontractors, who are essentially professional freelance painters, you won’t have to buy materials—but you’ll lose some control over your business.

Painting primed ceiling and walls on a new construction typically will be priced cheaper for equal amount of paints coats applied because paintable surface normally without any damages.
