There’s no doubt about it: weather and time can take a toll on a house’s paint job. Sooner or later, most homeowners will need to tackle interior and exterior painting projects. The cost of painting a house will vary depending on many factors. If you have the time and energy, you can save money and paint a house yourself, and you just need to factor in the cost of paint and materials, as well as the value of your time. Home Painting

You’ll spend between $500 and $3,000 or $1 to $3.50 per square foot to paint concrete. However, expect to pay $2 to $7 per square foot since concrete almost always needs a coat of primer first. Double that price if the concrete requires stripping. Concrete is porous. Sealing it not only helps blend foundations and walls with your home’s aesthetic, but also seals it against water. Repairing or resurfacing concrete costs $300 to $500 for every 100 square feet. Home Painters
I hired Israel General Painting to paint the exterior of my house. He helped with color schemes and also getting samples to test. As we decided on the colors he washed and prepared the house then primed and painted. Did a great job. He was very flexible with color changes. He also did a different color around doors and windows with no extra charge. He also primed and painted the porch. He was quite punctual unless my experience with other contractors, which was really good. After the painting was done he also cleaned the roof and around the house and putting back the things in place. We ended up with him painting a room in the house as well (of course that’s with a new quote). I highly recommend Israel General Painting for your painting needs. I plan on hiring Israel again to paint the interior of the rest of my house next year! Home Painting
This is one of the most important things you must consider while looking for a house painter. If they are professional and experienced, they must be having a website where you can read reviews from their past customers. Going through a few of them will give you an idea about their quality of work and their attitude towards their clients. Also, check out some photos that their past clients must have posted of their work. See whether the majority of their clients are satisfied with their work or not. If they don’t have a website, you can also find such reviews on their social media handles and online forums. Home Painters

"This is a highly professional company! All the workers I had contact with were so nice -- it was a pleasure doing business with them and the I am very happy with the resulting improvements they made for me. I asked for a custom built radiator cover and had some molding installed around my fireplace hearth and also a bathroom painted. The work was completed on schedule and their fees are very reasonable.
